Saffron Walden Shopper Bus
Saffron Walden Town Council is pleased to announce its FREE 12-week trial Shopper bus service, helping residents and visitors access the town centre more easily every Tuesday – starting on Tuesday 4 August 2026. The initiative is designed to support the local market and businesses, encourage sustainable travel, and make it simpler for people to visit Saffron Walden without needing to drive or find parking.

Drop off and pick up Saffron Walden Market Street. Whilst here be sure to visit: Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre; Saffron Walden Market and Saffron Walden businesses. Passengers will be eligible to a range of exclusive discounts at local retailers (on Tuesdays ONLY) and a bus ticket must be shown.

This trial is brought to you by Saffron Walden Town Council in partnership with Saffron Walden Business Improvement District, uttlesford District Council and the Parish Councils: Newport, Littlebury and Hadstock.

Free to anyone in Saffron Walden, Littlebury, Newport and Hadstock. Tuesday only.
