Wholesome: EcoLife-Connect

We are growing herbs and vegetables in the flower beds round the Dunmow Day Centre (Rowena Davey Centre). This is a community garden project to produce vegetables for the Community Fridge. The group of volunteers meet on a Wednesday morning at the centre. We have produced potatoes, beans, tomotoes, courgettes, lettuce and beetroot. Lots of work to be done watering during the never ending heat waves. We also organise special events during the morning so look at the posting for the Welcome hub.
