The Dunmow Blind, Housebound and Social Club welcome anyone living in Dunmow that would like the chance to meet and make new friends. They meet every other Tuesday (2pm-4pm) at the Dunmow Day Centre, Dunmow, CM6 1EQ and provide the opportunity to enjoy companionship, refreshment and entertainment. They also arrange an annual summer outing to Clacton and a celebration Christmas lunch. There is a nominal charge for this service.

The Dunmow Blind, Housebound and Social Club is a voluntary club that has provided joy and companionship for over 70 years. It is not a charity and relies on fundraising, an annual subscription (£12) and a nominal charge of £1 for each session attended to cover refreshments and entertainment.
The club meets every other Tuesday (2pm-4pm) at the Dunmow Day Centre, Dunmow, CM6 1EQ. It is run by volunteers that are not medically trained, so please note that members attend at their own risk. Carers are welcome to join the club if they would like to bring along their ‘loved ones’.

How are services delivered?
Face to Face at the Rowena Davey Centre, Angel Lane, Dunmow starting at 2.00pm - 4.00pm every other Tuesday.
