Home Start - Fitness & Fun Group
Home Start have a fitness & fun group for parents and their pre-school age children to boost emotional and physical well-being through exercise and children's play activities. The non-judgemental group runs for 12 sessions during term time and is a supportive place for parents and children to have fun and meet other families. The group has a 45 minute fitness session led by a fitness instructor followed by a 45 minute free play session for parents to socialise and children to play together.

Home-Start Essex aims to give children the best possible start in life by supporting parents and caregivers to feel less isolated, to build their confidence in themselves and their parenting and to find ways to manage the challenges they face.
Who can use this service?
Families living within Uttlesford with at least one child under 5 years of age.
How are services delivered?
Face to face.
Monday to Friday - 9am - 4pm
