Fishing in Mind

We are a friendly Angling group. We use Angling as a social connecting tool. Originally we set out to help people suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and social isolation. We have grown to support a broad spectrum of our community that includes, but is not limited to - Families, Single parents, ASD, ADHD, stroke survivors and people that are susceptible to self harm or suicidal thoughts. We offer social and match Angling days as well as coaching and taster sessions.

We also occasionally offer other social events such as nature walks, bat walks and family days at the beach. Please telephone for further details.  Most services are free, however there can be a small charge for attending social or match fishing events.

For current details of events join our Facebook group: Fishing in Mind (CIC)
