Specialised neurospecific exercise classes for people with Parkinson's which actively helps with the symptoms in a supportive, caring and fun environment. £35 a month (by Standing order) or £11.75 pay as you go option.

Mondays - Little Easton Memorial Hall, Dunmow, CM6 2JR - 2.15-3.15pm PD Challenger 2 (higher intensity)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Shelford Rugby Club, CB22 3JU -  PD Challenger 1(lower intensity) 1-2pm and PD Challenger 2 (higher intensity) 2.15pm - 3.15pm.

Thursdays - Newport Village Hall, CB11 3PL - PD Challenger  1 (seated/lower intensity) 1.30-2.30pm and PD Challenger 2 2.45-3.45pm (higher intensity) .

Fridays - Jubilee Pavilion, Stapleford, CB22 5BQ - Nordic Walking for People with Parkinson's 2.15pm-3.30pm.
