We have 3 schemes in Braintree and 1 in Felsted offering independent living in high quality rooms and apartments with options to purchase or rent. Ideal for anyone feeling lonely or isolated, our mission is to make later life easier by providing welcoming and stimulating environments - more than a home, we are a community. We are a Registered Social Landlord and all our sheltered houses and extra care schemes are available to those in receipt of housing benefit or funding privately. Examples are: a 1 bed apartment at Polly's Field Village, including heating, lighting and water services could be available from £368 per month if getting full housing benefit or an ensuite room with all meals and utilities included at Wickham House from £331 per month if getting full housing benefit.
Please note that all applicants wanting to rent at Polly's Field Village or Great Bradfords House must need a minimum of 1 hour of care per day, as assessed by Adult Social Care, which would be provided by our care team who are on site 24/7.
