Jubilee Hub: Saffron Walden

There are lots of new activities happening at the Jubilee Hub in Jubilee Gardens. We cater for all age groups Mondays to Fridays all year round - just drop in. A joint venture with UCAN and Enterprise East.

Community Fridge: Open 9:30am-4pm, Monday to Friday, and situated in the foyer at Jubilee Hub.

Monday

• Ready Steady Play & Learn: 10am-11:15am. Drop in for a tea, coffee & chat, a welcoming friendly session for family with children 0-4 providing games and activities.
• Meet Up Mondays: 10am-12pm. Open to all. Drop in for tea, coffee & a chat. Swap children's toys and clothes with other parents.
• Virtual Reality Wellbeing Project (afternoon).

Tuesday

• Employability Hub: 10am-11am. Drop in. Support with everything from creating a CV and completing applications to preparing for and attending interviews. 
• Singing for the Soul: 2pm-4pm. Selection of music styles and no experience/ability required – we are singing songs we love just for the fun of it. Light refreshments available for a small donation.
• Chat & Chill Youth Cafe: 3:30pm-5pm. FREE club for young people aged 11+, a place to relax with your friends and enjoy activities in a safe environment. FREE refreshments too!
• Time Out Club: 5:15pm-7:15pm. A chance for young carers to take a break from their caring role and make some new friends. FREE refreshments and activities as well as support and guidance.

Wednesday

• Community Group: 10am-12pm. Monthly support groups hosted by local charities, such as Support for Sight and Fibromyalgia Café.
• The Fellaship: 2pm-4pm. Talking and social group for men.

Thursday

• Wellbeing Hub (including my My Weight matters): 10am-12pm. Advice and support with leading a healthier and more active life, with representatives from local GP surgeries, health coachs, and information about local groups and activities.
• Cafe Clare: 10am-12pm. Weekly coffee shop.
• Warm Welcome: 12pm-3pm. A free light lunch (12pm-2pm) and then tea, coffee and biscuits until 3pm. Everyone welcome.

Friday

• SEN Sanctuary: 10am-11:45am. A friendship group for the parents and carers supporting people with SEN and Disabilities with free refreshments
• Digital Buddies: 10am-12pm. Now in Saffron Walden Town Hall, Market Street, Saffron Walden, CB10 1HR.
• Artist Hours: 2pm-4pm. Price is £3 per person. An instructor-led weekly art group. This is an inclusive group open to all ages and abilities.
