If you are experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression, anxiety and/or lack of motivation, we can support you by providing the tools you need to get your life back on track. NHS West Essex Talking Therapies can be provided via secure video, text-based therapy, webinar, phone or face to face - either one to one or in a group.

At NHS West Essex Talking Therapies we also have a Long Term Conditions (LTCs) service that supports people who are experiencing low mood, anxiety and/or stress as a result of living with a Long Term Physical Health Condition. We run bespoke Long Term Condition Courses to help manage the emotional toll of having a long term condition. These therapy courses include:
- Living Well with Diabetes
- Living Well with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Living Well with Respiratory Conditions
- Living Well with Cardiovascular Disease
- Living Well with MSK Pain
- Living Well with Long Term Conditions (for any other LTCs not listed)
- Living Well with Menopausal Symptoms
- Mind and Movement: A Wellbeing Course for Long Term Health Conditions

If you are over 16 and live in Harlow, Uttlesford or Epping Forest we can support you to get your life back on track.
