Active With Parkinson's, Uttlesford - Exercise Classes for those diagnosed with Parkinson's

Self supporting group serving the Great Dunmow and Saffron Walden areas led by very experienced Neurological Rehabilitation Therapist Paul Goddard. Two exercise classes each week Mondays and Thursdays afternoons to meet individual needs to improve mobility, posture, balance and flexibility. Working in association with Parkinson's UK. By joining a group of other people with Parkinson’s who are actively combating the effects of the condition, members benefit from increased mobility, self-confidence and feel less isolated.

Who can use this service?

How are services delivered?

Those diagnosed with Parkinson's referred by their GP or other health professional. Members pay an annual membership fee of £15. Classes  £7.50 per week. 

Monday exercise class 2.00pm to 3.00pm at the Lt Easton Memorial Hall Thursday virtual exercise class 3.00 to 4.00pm using Zoom.
