Employ-Ability: Employment Support (for those already in work)

Emplyment support for peope already in work. If you are suffering from poor mental health and this is impacting your current work/employment, Employ-Ability: Employment Support can provide job retention support to help you resolve these problems. We can support you on issues relating to your job via telephone, face-to-face meetings and with your permission, even with your employer.

We provide a free service across West and South Essex and accept referrals from a range of sources, such as Healthy Minds, GP’s, Employers, the Job Centre, Access & Assessment, and Psychology, as well as taking self-referrals.
