Lions Short Term Appliance Loan Service
We provide wheelchairs, commodes, walking frames plus various other mobility and home aids on a short term basis - usually two months. It is intended to help those people that suddenly find that they need help following an injury or medical treatment and are in need of a short term loan of a wheelchair etc. We do not charge for this service but appreciate a donation when the items are returned so that we can replace damaged and worn out items as required.

How are services delivered?
Anyone in the Saffron Walden or surrounding area requiring one of these items can ring us to `arrange an appointment to collect an appliance from us.
