UDC: Benefits Advice and Council Tax Reduction (CTR)

This service includes support and advice about paying your Council Tax and making a Local Council Tax Support (LCTS) claim and making claims for Housing Benefit. Support and advice available for Housing Costs - shortfall in rent, rent arrears, tenancy overlaps and moving costs. We have Welfare Officers to assist with any queries regarding help with your rent and/ or Council Tax.
