English Language Lessons
We are pleased to offer free English language lessions for adults and teenagers arriving from the Ukraine who want to develop their use of English as a second language. The purpose of the course is to allow quick integration and interaction, so the focus is on oral work. Instructors are qualified teachers and all are volunteering to help Ukrainian refugees to quickly become part of the community. We also have availability for all refugees.
If you would like some help in developing conversational English as a second language, the SWCHS team are here to help. The classes are free to attend, but learners are asked to bring their own paper and pens so they can take notes of what they learn.
There are three levels every day: Total beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Learners can choose to come to one or two days each week but it is recommended to come to both classes, as lessons carry on from the Tuesday to the Thursday. No registration or payment required. Just turn up on the day.
We also have availability for ALL refugees.
