UDC: Customer Services Team
The Customer Services Team at Uttlesford District Council will refer members of the public to the relevant departments within the council and outside organisations. They deal with queries regarding Benefits, Council Tax, Bin Collections, Council Housing, Licensing, Planning, Building Control and Leisure Centres.

The reception at the London Road Offices in Saffron Walden is open:- Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm. Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
You can call our contact centre at the following times:
Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm. Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
On the last Wednesday of every month our telephone lines in Saffron Walden and Live Chat will be open from 10am, rather than 8.30am.
