Citizens Advice - Uttlesford

We provide a free, independent, confidential and impartial advice service to residents of Uttlesford. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We help to resolve your problems related to benefits, money, debt, relationships, housing, employment, legal, consumer and discrimination. We help by listening, explaining your options, making phone calls, writing letters, completing forms, directing you to other useful organisations, campaigning about unfairness. Advice Quality Standard registered. If you have Ukrainian guests or you are Ukrainian, please remember we are here to help!

Funding from ECC has allowed us to increase our hours to support anyone that may find it more convenient to contact us 4pm to 8pm in the week or on Saturday morning 9am-1pm. If you want to speak to someone from Uttlesford we have staff working on the service Monday and Wednesday. Otherwise, if you call 0808 250 5724 your call will be picked up by an adviser based in another Essex Citizens Advice office.
